Building a culture of collaboration; understanding conflict better

Following on from the GAF discussion earlier in the year and the Reflections of the ‘Growing A Good Allotment Community’, this session will be an exploration of some of the blocks to collaboration on allotment sites.

We will talk about the prevalence of conflicts and what might be possible to learn about conflict engagement from our own experience and from other groups in Scotland and beyond that manage community-assets.

The session will be facilitated by Vérène Nicolas who has extensive experience of assisting individuals and organisations in this area.
