Broadcast Mar- mid Sep. Dig in 1-2 months after sowing or leave for frost to kill off. Mid summer sowings left to flower are a magnet for bees & hover-flies. May help reduce wire-worm and other soil borne diseases; but as it is a brassica avoid if club-root is present & include in brassica rotation.. Coverage: 25 sqm
